Abominable telephone service when trying to get an appointment. I’d rather hear the engaged tone than have to listen to a lengthy voice recording, only for it to end by saying the queue is now full and to call back later. Why waste a patient’s time? No doubt the same thing could happen when I call back. Why not implement a queue system like other practices? There are some good doctors at this practice, like Dr. Wali. May Allah bless her. But this practice is being let down by the appointment system. Oh and they are still implementing social distancing rules. Get over it For God’s sake.

Rang exactly at 8am and it tells me it's experiencing high volume of calls how when it's jus literally opened I mean are you guys for real. Ridiculously ridiculous service . No importance given to patient care when you go in person. Always out of appointments. Never have the willingness to go above and beyond to help you with your query always fobbing you off. The turn over of reception staff they have is unbelievable every time you go there they have a new face on reception which really tells you a lot of their service. Avoid at all costs .

The most utterly disgusting service on the planet. Made me register twice and then refused to give me an appointment. I had a wound that needed constant cleaning and they were no help at all! Can never get through to book an appointment and the receptionists are horribly rude. Don't come here if you want to be healthy!
