We go out of our way to go to Hambro. The family that run it are friendly. It's an Aladdin's cave. Whilst some things maybe a few pennies dearer it's good to keep your local shopkeepers in business especially as they will always go out of their way to stock what you need.

Refused to accept return Amazon package because it wasnt in a box. The item was in the packaging delivered to me. A zip up bag. Amazon returns states it doesn't need to be packaged. I then go home, package up the item in a box and cellotape it multiple times and he STILL doesn't want it! Finally after convincing him he orders me to put it 'over there" no thanks. First and last time using this shop for anything. Shame as it's just round the corner

Advertises it takes Amazon Hermes unpackaged parcels but the man in the shop flatly refused to take it unless it was fully packaged. I tried to point out the website on my phone stating it didn't need to be packaged and just needed the QR code but he was rude and still refused to even look at my phone. Wasted time and petrol going to this shop, if you have an Amazon parcel take it elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

TERRIBLE - DONT USE FOR PARCELS. THEY ARE NOT STORED SECURELY AND MAN IN SHOP IS RUDE AND REFUSED SERVE ME AT 8.37 BECAUSE HE ONLY DOES PARCELS BETWEEN 9-6 I WORK FOR THE NHS BETWEEN 9-7 MOST DAYS AT THE MOMENT - NEVER USING FOR ANYTHING AGAIN
