A lovely temporary home for a cat, full of love and warmth. Our cat can get anxiety/hives, and has come out of other Cattery’s with self inflicted scratch marks, he comes out of here looking better than when he went in… 😅

Sarah and her facilities are absolutely wonderful. The place is spotlessly clean, there are plenty of toys/shelves/ramps for the cats to entertain themselves with, and the chalets are spacious and warm. Sarah has a way with cats that shows she adores them and she has clearly designed the building with cats and their wellbeing in mind. Sarah's communication was excellent, sending me pics/videos during my two elderly, rescue cats' stay; she even managed to get a fuss from our more skittish cat. Sarah booked Seren and Dipity in at short notice, due to a family emergency, and couldn't have been more accommodating. We will absolutely book them in here again next time we need to go away. We know they will be pam-purred in the way they love and deserve! Thank you! =)

Sarah's communication with us was excellent - before and during our cat's stay. She really helped give us peace of mind about using a cattery for the first time - especially as we couldn't visit because of living out of the area. She sent videos, emails and frequent updates, and really went the extra mile to help. There was plenty of time to drop our cat off and settle him in, and Sarah did everything she could to make it go smoothly. The cattery was spotlessly clean and a lovely environment. Our cat looked happy, well-fed and relaxed when we picked him up. It was clear that Sarah loves the cats who stay and she spends time with them, getting to know their individual quirks and making sure they are happy. We were really impressed and so glad we chose this cattery. We would not hesitate to return if we need to in the future.

Sarah is amazing, I left my beloved cat Horace for the first time every, I was so nervous but Horace took it in his stride and was instantly relaxed. When I returned to collect him he was still relaxed and after fussing me then decided to snuggle back down to sleep. Sarah really treats all cats as if they were her own, credit to her and I would highly recommend her cattery to everyone. Thanks so much for looking after Horace and will definitely return again only next time I will be less anxious xx

This place is so much more than a luxury Cattery. It really is a home from home. Not only is the accommodation wonderful and so clean, the attention that your cat gets is second to non. My cat Socks has stayed here 4 or more times and he has always been so well cared for. On our last visit in particular, Sarah went well above and beyond for my little chap. Unfortunately he has had a few traumatic months prior to his last visit including a house move and a rear leg amputation but Sarah happily took him on. Unfortunately he fell ill during this stay with an infected claw (a reoccurring problem he has had for months) and she arranged a visit to the vets for him and hand fed him multiple times a day when he was unable to get out of his basket to ensure he was taking in what he needed. She kept up the communication with me (phone and messages) at my request and sent me videos so that I could see how he was getting on. She sat with him and gave him cuddles when he needed them too. I truly can’t thank her enough. She went well above and beyond what I expected any Cattery to do. She treats your cats like her own, you really can’t ask for more than that. A fabulous fabulous Cattery.

Such a lovely cattery, very clean and there are plenty of toys and climbing posts so your cat will never be bored! Our boys even came home with a Christmas stocking each. It is very clear that the owner, Sarah, genuinely cares for the cats staying with her. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using again in the future.
