Our winemaking process includes hand picking the grapes, gently pressing them, and then fermenting the juice in stainless steel tanks. After the first fermentation, we blend the wines and put them through a second fermentation in the bottle to create the bubbles. Finally, we age the wine for at least 18 months before disgorging and adding a dosage.How long have you been in the winemaking business?

I went with Vincent to this wonderful place I had lots of fun. They have a bouncy castle and all sorts the wine was mediocre but the grapes were beautiful. I hated the staff but that’s ok . All my love Pauline

Very nice wine not need yet but looks extravagant. I went for my 150th birthday and it was simply exquisite. Must go pots of wine to try and grapes to grind lovely and lovely people 💞 all my love from Vincent.
