Awful customer service. After picking up my hoover it wasn’t working even though I was assured it was. I called them and they said that it was working and that it had nothing to do with them and I should bring it in for a service. Very rude and dismissive. A waste of £50 as my hoover is still not working.

Great service . I took my handheld Dyson which had a break in the casing. Had a new part and cleaned plus new filter . Plus my upright hoover 1800. The belt on the rollers had snapped it came back all cleaned up and works like new . Thank you for your very friendly service
