Far too busy not enough equipment absolutely horrific hygiene, mold in the showers/sauna, filter light has been red on the water filler for over a month. Can't wait to leave.

Joined last year , on the day I joined I requested for a reduced weekend package rather than the whole monthly one, they kept on throwing me from the head office to the local office and back again, kept on charging me as well & still kept saying it’s not your fault Qasim, it’s our internal communication error, the people that I spoke to were rude& insulting and even degrading at times , I finally managed to get it sorted but had to pay a massive price, emotionally, mentally & economically.

Great Les Mills Classes. Equipment in the gym is decent. Staff are lovely. Best gym I've been a member of. The gym had an upgrade Dec 2022. The pool has been retiled and the gym has now got an extra room with new equipment. A great place to workout.

I like the gym but am considering finding another gym as they never have the air conditioning on. Not too much of an issue in winter but as it’s getting warmer I don’t think I want to spend warm summer mornings in a hot gym. Perhaps the gym could comment on this?
