I don't get how this place scored 4.5. It's terrible on all levels. My 1 star is for the nice pink lampshades only. Lets start with on entry. They only have two tables and 4 at the window chairs. The place is decked out in all pink with a hope the place would be frequented by the Insta mob. However, with this number of seating, all the tables and window placement were covered with the rubbish from the previous customers. There was only one person serving, taking orders and handling the numerous deliveries. And it looked like the poor guy was really struggling. The food. Not good at all. My wife ordered a aloo paratha with a omelette. What she got was a very thin, greasy paratha with very slightly filled with a non tasting potato mix. And she got scrambled eggs instead of omelette. I ordered scrambled eggs on sourdough bread. I got overdone dry eggs on bread but I could not tell if it was sourdough. And the funny thing is, I ordered Karek tea and a plain tea. I was told I could not have these items because they had run out of cups????? However, the gentlemen behind the counter did get me a tea later on which was perfect (a silver lining). Lastly, the place lacked any atmosphere. I have had more fun at a funeral. Honestly we felt the need to talk in hushed tones as there was no music or any form of ambience. The other customers must have felt the same as they were so quite. It's so unfortunate. It could be good but is one of those places which started out as a good idea and just trickled into what it is now Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Yaardgar which is 100 times better. Sorry Halwa Kitchen for the harsh review. If you want to be good, change your ways.

Food was delicious and portions sizes were very good aswell. My son fot the Mr Breakfast and was very satisfied and he loves his English Breakfasts, where as i got the Halwa puri and sane him was very pleased. Have i be back? Yes a few time and have recemendended this place to friends and family. Would of been a star if only they delivered a bit further out of the range they currently do so my other famliy member don't miss out. But if you can i would say go doen and eat in it's worth it.

2 stars only for friendly service and large portion. But that was it. Definitely chosen quantity over quality. The decision to have beef strips and peppercorn/mushroom sauce in a Full English Breakfast= disastrous. Soggy eggs, sausages absolutely flavorless straight out the freezerš¤® no coffee available on the day. Lack of atmosphere in the shop itself which is a shame as it is decently designed/decorated.

The Nutella infused halwa was delicious. First time I had this combination and it definitely works in my opinion. The Karak Chai went well with it. Look forward to trying the other stuff. Parking: Plenty of parking (evening visit)
