A great club with over 100 active members. I have been a member for over 2 years now. The fleet is very looked after, not like your normal flight school work horses. The members look after the aircraft with routine washing & polishing. If you have ever fancied getting off the ground and learning how to fly then give them a shout. The club offer - LAPL PPL IR(R) Tailwheel Conversion Ground Examinations including RT practice exam.

A fantastic club with a very active membership. I learnt my PPL here and quality of the instruction was 1st class. The fleet consists of 1 x Tecnam P2002, 1 x PA-28 Warrior and 3 x C152’s which are all carefully looked after with pride. The club runs an active social calendar which is a great opportunity to socialise with different people from all walks of life. The highlight of the flying calendar is the annual Expedition which has seen me fly as far as the Isle of Elba in Italy, through the valleys of the French alps and even fly through the Norwegian Fjords! It is a military club but if you are a non-military student you can call the club to enquire.
