Can't recommend this school / nursery enough. My daughter absolutely loves it here. In fact during the holidays, she really does miss it and always talks about it. She is extremely happy in the nursery and has made lots of friends. My daughter is well looked after and I feel at ease knowing she's in safe hands throughout the day whilst in a caring, stimulating and educational environment where she can flourish and play. They have specialist classes i.e. gymnastics, dance, PE and music, as well as following an enriched early years curriculum which includes phonics, writing, numbers, topics etc. The teachers and staff are all amazing, super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. There is a real warmth to this school. Everyone here is so welcoming and it feels like one big family. The nursery (as well as the rest of the school) is extremely clean and well organised with many designated learning / play areas and a large garden as well as the school grounds to explore. Outdoor play, whatever the weather, is always encouraged which stimulates creativity, curiosity and Independence and connects them with nature. The lunches are also amazing; superb home cooked meals with a huge selection and my daughter now eats a more varied diet since attending here. I highly recommend Halstead.

Our daughter has recently started at the little chicks nursery at halstead, and has settled in extremely well and quickly. All the staff and teachers are very helpful and kind. I would most definitely recommend halstead.
