Mostly use the library these days. lovely coffees. Visited the pool recently, was clean and had a good amount of floaties. Had my sons party in the soft play area one year, was a very easy process.

I visited the pool and spa today with a friend... The staff are very informative plesent and friendly The facility are clean baby area is amazing big family changing rooms ....I can't fault our experience today next time we will have treatments in the beauty rooms as the prices are so reasonable...a big 10 from us both 😀

I previously left a poor review of this place, the cleanliness was very much substandard. In the last 6-9 months it has dramatically improved. Visible weekly regimes are now in place to combat tidemarks, and the little "sandpits" that used to gather in the corners. Changing rooms and showers are better too, but filthy customers are to blame for aberrations there, staff just can't keep up, and shiny as it all looks, it's all based on a 1970s building infrastructure, and so the plumbing sometimes has a wobbly. Water is quite cloudy, not sure if that's down to high chlorine, not a problem for me but might be for those with allergies or dramatic hair colours.

nice place, lots of facilities, however whenever me and my friends are in there keeping in mind we do not do any bad activitys, but when me and my friends go in we get kick out for not using "facilities", but we sit in the cafe and stay quiet. We mostly stay on our phones.
