George at Hallwell came up with a viable solution and his communication and knowledge was outstanding throughout.     A few days before Christmas the drainage system at my newly purchase houses broke down. In desperation I rang a number of companies blindly, hoping to get some sort of fix to tie me over the vacation period, Hallwell came up trumps. They sent a lorry out late in the day to take remedial action and advised me I would need a survey done. Over the Christmas break I did my due diligence and when the survey was carried out the MD, Edward called me and explained and advised as to my options. The new system recommended was duly commissioned and installed as soon as was possible after the Christmas shutdown. The work was completed to an exemplary standard, the engineers were, friendly, courteous, very helpful in explaining the work through the various stages. I trusted them with the keys to my house when I needed to be away. The work was completed on time, to schedule and price. Edward made several site visits, and like his colleagues could not do enough for me. On only several occasions in my life have I been prepared to unreservedly recommend a company.
