When reviewing the issue raised you noticed that I had given other 1 star reviews, yes that’s correct well done you obviously understand that if you give a one star service then that’s what you’ll receive unfortunately other companies do deserve the one star reviews such as your selfs. Please do contact me directly however if you’d like to discuss this matter further I’d be more than happy to explain and help you improve on your customer service skills. Have a lovely day Generally not impressed with the service, threatening phone calls from hysterical employees who had clearly been spun a web of lies from other agents within the chain. Halls spoilt the purchase of our dream home in the end! So much so my husband refused to collect the keys from the office. You will receive unnecessary phone calls only to receive another call 20 minutes later stating to ignore previous conversation. Be aware they like to have a ''frank and honest conversation with the buyers, the sellers will be pulling out today if they don’t get what they want it’s what we have advised them to do'' this was done to us on a Friday afternoon at 3pm!! Totally unprofessional. I will never recommend Halls in fact I will go out of my way to spread how bad they are to everyone I meet. Please avoid using halls

Not good . Missed to purchase our ideal piece of land because after ringing several times & being told there is nobody familiar with the details in the office. On one occasion I was told to ring back FIVE days later to speak to some one who new the particulars. Very poor.
