Was very good previously amd happy with their work. Recently i must say I'm very disappointed and customer service very poor. They would do better to have admin staff employed. I rang several times and lady i spoke to took my request etc regarding the part on the window quaranty as it needs repair, and guess what no one contacted me after and still waiting, over 2 months now. Very bad experience recently. Think will change company when doing new windows in future. Disappointing.
