Kevin answered all my queries instantly and gave me a quote as soon as I requested. I was recommended Hallmark simply because they were local. They've been brilliant and Jo Oakley has been really helpful. I wanted a simple and robust outdoor memorial plaque but in a particular style. She took the time to discuss my requirements, including some non-standard graphics and colour plus a less common font. Jo went through what Hallmark could do to help and gave some realistic expectations of timescale. Prices were probably much less than some of the on-line firms who could only offer a partial service. I was absolutely delighted with the end result, which was completed in half the expected time and in time for the important event to which the plaque related, despite the order being placed at the last minute. Being a local firm there was the added convenience that I could collect, thus saving and post costs.
