Its been a year and i still regret sending my daughter to this non nurturing and non supportive school. My daughter who was just 3 years old used to be punished, shouted at by her class teacher.. which defientely has traumatised her little heart.. she still gets worked up when i mention about her class teacher. Unfortunnately the school were least bothered to take any action when this was brought up to them and i was told, they have a long waiting list and if we are not happy they can find another school for my daughter. So rather than providing a healthy, nurturing enviornment for a child to grow and blossom, this school just seems to be very militarian ( which definetely is the worst thing for such tender minds)

As a parent I am absolutely delighted with Hallfield School. The Headmaster and Senior Team always have the children’s best interests at heart. I am very grateful to the wonderful teaching staff and would have no hesitation in recommending the school to friends and family.

Awful. Very sad as used to be a great school. Has hugely deteriorated since change in head. Draconian leadership and children unable to express themselves and just be children. Ridiculous card system where children are reprimanded for trivial things. Can visibly see that teachers and TAs have little interest in the children or the child's well being.

I had gone to this school since childhood and the school has gone down massively, with school teachers prioritising different genders and races, whenever a teacher sticks up for the right thing then they get sacked, and as for the headmaster, he has not done anything for the school apart from charge parents for ‘damaged’ books and show his face to the school once a year, it is an absolute scam!!

Very disappointing. I was told that Hallfield is not the right environment for my son due to his speech delay. I experience the Head Of Foundations screaming and yelling at pupils and felt that Hallfield was not an emotionally stable environment for my 3 year old. Unfortunately Hallfield prides it’s self on academic achievements at the costs of children being emotionally detached from the world. Overall, Hallfield did not offer any support regarding my son’s needs and was only focused on academic ability . It is safe to say that the nursery my son currently attends is not linked to private education and is outstanding in all areas

Absolutely revolting. The word revolting doesn’t quite sum up the level of care for children. Took a week to get a response for bullying and three months to obtain a school report once I removed my child from daily bullying. Any financial concerns 15mins to a couple of hours. The bailiffs was even sent to my house by mistake atrocious. The most common excuse for missing concerns about children’s welfare is that the email got lost. The fastest response I received was 1 week after numerous calls and emails. As my child was so distraught before arriving to school. After reaching a stage 3 judges panel complaint. It is clear that the school promotes a diverse school but unfortunately offers a rigid inflexible system. It is not diverse and would recommend any parent to seek alternative private schools. My child was physically and psychologically bullied. The only thing that was done was damage to my child’s well being. If she can’t tell the teacher she’s being physically hit and humiliated what chance does a child stand amongst a rigid environment. I insist the word DIVERSE is removed from their advertising it so everything but that.

Hallfield school is a wonderful setting where children are able to thrive and show their true potential. Both my children have made wonderful friends and have nothing but amazing feedback about their day at school. The staff are the heartbeat of the school, going above and beyond their duty. Teachers such as Miss Bonham, Miss Kumari, Miss Thorpe, Miss Figgis and not forgetting the LSA’s and every member of staff at Hallfield First who work tirelessly to make the children’s learning journey magical. Thank you for all that you do!!!
