Was there on Friday. Beautiful, storied cathedral. The docent suggested we return on Sunday to hear the 'magnificent pipe organ recital'. Due to "Bike London" closing many streets we walked over an hour to get there. Being close to 80 years old we were highly disappointed the docent was so uninformed that the recital was canceled that day. No notices, no apologies. And no music. Would give the building 4-5 stars, the management and staff less than 1 star. We wasted 2+ hours of our time.
