I had lost loads of movement in my left arm due to a painful shoulder due to biceps tendinitis. Even after the first session my range of motion was massively improved. Over the course of treatments my use of my left arm returned to normal, even at a very subtle level and as a Dressage Rider this was really important. My horse and I went on to win our Dressage League this weekend and that wouldn’t have been possible without me getting sorted!

This is the first time I have ever been to an osteopath. So I did my research (a) who was local (b) level and years experience (c) reviews. I have to say since I have been going I always come back lighter, less pain and almost feeling like a new person. I have issues with tight hips which have resulted in lower back pain. Having a desk job doesn't help either However the advise given, I have taken on board and listened. The clinic are friendly, clean and very flexible with appointments including when I've had to re-arrange at the last minute a few times. Andrew (osteopath) is very knowledgeable and no question is silly. Andrew and his team are most definitely a credit to Halifax and I am so pleased that I decided to go with The Pain and Injury Clinic.
