Disappointed would be an understatement! I have now waited almost 9 months for a trailer which in reality should of taken no longer then 3 months to manufacture and built! Working in retail and in a background of making sure customer service is at its finest I can certainly say these guys are far from that. Having to constantly chase up for an update, as never would I get a call to tell me what's happening with the trailer. Even worse, there would be weeks where no call back would be made even after it was promised so having to make a 1 hour journey there and hour journey back just to find out what's happening with the trailer! Now all that above us just regarding the ETA and delivery dates of the trailer, I wouldnt have minded if that was the only issue, but having to wait almost a year for a trailer, then start messing around with what's on the order and what isn't when everything had been agreed prior to the build was just beyond me. I was told initially that every trailer comes with straps, after spending £6,000 and a almost a year late I was told on collection that they was not providing them, moments later when trying to help the sales person remember the conversation about every trailer comes with it, they agreed and literally threw the set of straps to me. Never, would I or any firm iv worked for would accept such behaviour or treatment. I can gladly say that I would never buy from them again!
