    We recently purchased a full bathroom suite from Halifax Bathrooms at a fantastic price, by far the cheapest in the local area. Staff were fantastic and very professional. The bathroom was purchased on a Friday and by Wednesday the job was fully completed with extra work been requested at no extra charge. From purchasing the bathroom through to the fitting we had a great experience. If you are looking for a very good price bathroom with fantastic service this is the place to go.     I bought a top of the range toilet and sink with cabinet, £1,000 after discount. I was very pleased until the toilet seat fell apart after 18 months. I contacted them expecting them to sort it out but was told the seat was only guaranteed for 12 months, they'd confirmed that with their supplier and there was nothing more they could do. My protestations fell on deaf ears and they refused to help me further. I contacted their suppliers who, once I'd explained what had happened, offered a free replacement. When I told them which range it was they said it was guaranteed for 5 years anyway! I now have a new seat free of charge, no thanks to Halifax bathrooms who should have sorted it out on my behalf.

    We chose replacement toilet and washbasin units and then used the fitting service which Halifax Bathrooms offers. Todd and Mark came to carry out the work. They encountered several unexpected problems because of the shoddy workmanship of the previous owners of the house. They came up with well thought out brilliant solutions and improved the overall look of the bathroom with clever use of the materials which we had bought. They were hard working, extremely cheerful and polite, and it was a pleasure to have them doing the work. Highly recommended!
