I've visited Halfpenny Green Winery several times and introduced several others to it. This was a standout visit. We went for a wine tasting. I drove so my two guests (both knowledgeable about wine) could try the wines. We didn't eat. Rachael made the whole process informative and easy, and we enjoyed talking to her and to others enjoying a tasting or a drink. A cheese board is available but as one of my guests doesn't do cheese we didn't choose it. We ended up buying several dozen bottles and will be retaking our friends with wonderful English wines. Thank you Rachael and thanks to Halfpenny Green.
