Took our motor home to Halfords Colchester today for our dash cam to be fitted. Wayne the guy who fitted the dash cam what a pure gentleman, helpful , polite and explained it all even connecting my phone to it. Fantastic service. Going back to Wayne to have a new radio fitted. A mixed result for me , firstly a young lady who was willing to help, but had very little automotive knowledge and had to ask her superiors every question I asked her. That is reasonable if she is still an apprentice. The second not so young lady wasn't all that helpful. I had difficulty find the exact match for my vehicle and was uttered the words ( you'll have to hurry up we close in 9 minutes, and I need to get home for my steak dinner!!!) Exactly how does that help me ? You could manage this sale by helping me find what I'm looking for!! In my line of business I'm not done until the customer is ... Sorry for the rant but I expected more from this brand.
