Full of clueless guys who know nothing about fixing bikes went for a couple items to get fixed they couldn’t even fix anything for me and gave me the wrong things saying “to do it myself”, big time wasters.

Went into store this morning to ask for help with changing a bulb on my car. I had a packet of bulbs I had previously brought from the store, so took them and the receipt with me into store. I stood at the main counter with one customer being served in front of me for over 10 minutes. No store member acknowledged me other than the security guard, who locked gaze and stared at me the whole time I was in the queue, making me feel very uncomfortable. I left the store without getting the bulb changed as the staff were in no hurry to serve and the security left me feeling like I had done something wrong just by standing at the counter.

Shaheer was extremely helpful and managed to fix my bicycle in very short time . He also helped me to buy a tire pump and showed me how to use it. Such a nice and professional person to talk with. Thank you for your immense help, I left the shop feeling very great full to Shaheer. I will definitely go back to service my bicycle again
