Unfortunately, my second bad experience with this Halfords garage after steering clear of it for a number of years after my last experience. Had any service covered in the warranty on my car which was only eligible at Halfords - and with this being my local, I took it here. They called me within five minutes of leaving it saying the could not do it - citing an issue with my warranty and that the car was serviced and did not need servicing again for another year - which it would later show was not the case as within a few days, the onboard computer told me it was due in 30 days. Took my car to the Stourbridge garage a few weeks later after - absolutely no issue, total breeze and serviced, no hassle, in and out almost.
