I call them for a short time appointment..and they treat me and my car really well! Ford cmax Air-conditioned refills... I asked them 100 question and I get same numbers of answers..The Boss explain everything how and when I need to do..he was really patient !I really recommend without hesitation! I booked in at Halfords’ nice and easy, I turned up on the day at 8am. It took them all day before they called me to say they had even looked at the problem, they then said it would take a week for the parts at a cost of £800 (this was already pricey for the work that needed doing). One week later I return again at 8am, by midday they have still not called me so I call them. They now tell me it’s going to cost £1160, I say no as that is £300 more and he has already given me an amount. He said he would go away and figure it out. I get a call at 1pm saying they can’t fix my car because they don’t have the parts. Please explain to me how that makes sense after I waited a week for the parts and had already been called about the price with no concern that they did not have the pieces. I would not recommend. I ended up being without a car for 3 weeks but eventually paid a 3rd of the cost for the same car repairs elsewhere. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

Typed in to Google motorbike MOT first recommended place to go to was Halfords auto centre. Booked MOT online it took all the details knew what model and what cc my bike was, took payment for it and when I got there I was told they did not to motorbike MOT’s… complete waste of time. Ruined my day. Sort it out Halford.
