Was taken to Halfords Hedge End this morning by my Daughter, the grandson needed quite a few cycle parts, we were looking around when an employee asked if she could help, her name was Ellouise, her knowledge was exceptional, very polite happy, nothing was too much trouble, now I am afraid I do not like Halfords, in the past I have found the staff lacking in basic knowledge, yes I have worked in the motoring industry all my life and shuddered if using Halfords, but this morning I really was taken aback, proper service as it should be, Ellouise even went as far to order parts that were not in stock, thank you, I hope they pay you a BONUS !!!

Called for a quote on 2 coil springs to be replaced . The del boy on the other end of the phone told me I'd " be looking at a bit of cash " to get them replaced and proceeded to quote me £550 for two coilsprings .... really ?? Needless to say I won't be using halfrauds for anything now , let alone leaving my car in the hands of conmen
