Really happy with the service provided. I booked appointment online to replace just 2 rear tyres, but then decided to change all four. Halfords Eastleigh team did all four wheels in about an hour, while I was enjoying my coffee with dessert. And on top, they did a quick check of the car and sent a report via email. Thank you

Absolutely rubbish service. I had great service from Halfords shop when I went to get wipers replaced. The wiper arm needed replacing. 1)The guy went to the garage and they were too busy with paperwork to book it in! Really?? 2) The shop guy took my details and gave it to them- heard nothing. 3) Rang and was told it could be done while I waited- about 30-45 mins. 4) when I went was told it would be over an hour. Then transpired they had not even ordered part - so was clearly going to be well over the hour! Apparently I should not have been told I could wait that is not a service they offer.
