Dropped my car in for a simple wheel alignment and they didn't/couldn't recalibrate the safety systems afterwards. All safety systems, cruise control, adaptive lights, stabilisation control etc. are not working. Now will be looking at a bill £400+ to fix it at a dealership. Still waiting for them to get back to me and settle this matter amicably. Service: Wheel alignment

I went in with my wife to look at electric bikes. A pleasant guy asked us if he could help, and i excplained the situation and asked if we could have a look at a particular bike which was chained up. He did not know the code to undo the chain, i then asked how i can organise a test ride, he said, "I think you book it on-line" We will not be purchasing 2 x electric bikes from Halfords
