Pros: My car has had so many issues in past prior bringing it to Halfords. I have taken it to multiple garages to save money but was not worth it, I was better off spending a tiny bit extra with Halfords in Acton in the first place and having 12months - lifetime guarantee on the new parts that are fitted. I started coming here September 2022 now my car drives beautifully like a bmw should drive. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are amazing, especially the managers. They were able to locate and fix the issues that other mechanics in other garages couldn’t. Fraud of a place, try to avoid. Booked a MOT & services with them. They declared 3 majors and 5 advisories, took it THE SAME DAY to my local garage and it passed MOT without repairs and with only two minor advisories. Clearly cost of living has hit the company so their tryna make money off the customers by getting extra works done for no reason. Used them 3 times to do Mot but this time will be my last. Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Full service and mot. Car was taken in at 10am and left there until the afternoon. The receptionist lied when i called to see if its in progress. I was standing right outside when i called. Worst service by inexperianced technicians and reception staff. Teenagers that try hustle you into soending more than you should. Not surprised at the quality of service from these members of staff. Dont take your car here. Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I recently had an excellent experience at this auto service center. I visited on a Saturday for a service check, and the staff were incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining everything to me. I also mentioned that I planned to return the next day to have my tires changed. Unfortunately, due to an IT system problem, they were unable to see my booking and could not schedule my car for repair. However, they quickly offered me an early booking on Monday instead. As a gesture of goodwill, they also changed my front wipers for free. The service was quick, with both of my tires and brake fluid changed in less than two hours. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. In fact, I was so impressed that I ended up signing up for their annual membership, which turned out to be even more cost-effective than making individual purchases. I will definitely be returning to this auto service center in the future.

Had an MOT here. Really disappointed and will not be coming back/advising friends not to use. Car failed its MOT with a number of strong advisories. After taking it to another garage it passed with one advisory (no additional mechanical work done in the interim). It feels like Halfords are trying to coerce you into having work done on your car at their centre. Do not use! Service: Vehicle safety inspection
