I visited Halfords in Bordesley green for my bike annual service and some necessary repair. The cycle technician took the bike from me and told me to come back a week later and all will be done for sure. A long week later, I received a text message from Halford to collect my bike. When i visited there, the same guy told me that its not yet done, and that i had to wait another few days or so. He also blamed me that I was twisting his words, when he told me the previous week to come back a week late. After a futile arguing for a few moments, another guy came to me, he got my bike from somewhere out, the basic service however was done but the much needed repair I needed for my back wheel, was not done at all. They told me that they ll order another rim and I have to wait for another week. Without saying an extra word, I took my bike out and said goodbye to Halfords for bike repair.

Couldn't even get any help from the 1 staff member on shop floor. This is probably why 2 young kids were hiding items under there jackets. This really saved halfords money didn't it having no staff on. It must be a shoplifters dream going to this shop.

Be Warned ! This branch is within the Birmingham CAZ. I pulled off the Watery Lane Middleway (A4540) left into Little Barr Street, turned right into Halford's car park, went in and got a £2.89 light bulb. I left turning right onto Great Barr Street back onto the A4540. 50 yards and got stung with a £60 penalty charge !!!

Mohsin was very helpful and helped fix a bulb issue I had . Went to a previous Halfords in selly oak that told me I need to see a electrician (terrible!) however brought the car back to this Halfords and mohsin helped figure the issue out!
