Absolutely fantastic and pleasant service in Halfords Blackpole retail park from Kai. Kai checked my 8yr old car battery which had died on me the previous evening and found it needed a new one. Fitted a new battery and did a free car check ,which also assured me that my tyres were still good as well as nothing else showing up Asked Kai about torches , took the time to show me what suitable stock was on the shelves , and happy with the torch I then purchased as well. A fantastic service and will definitely go there again in the future.

Don't bother with halfords if want help with your bike as waste time customer service at worcester store is a joke and bad attuide from certain person. Pay extra for cylecare don't bother as they don't care.

Ordered a bike for my daughter arranged to collect it today built with stabilisers on upon arrival no one in the bike section up stairs then for the bike to come out without the stabilisers fitted then to wait over 45 minutes for them to try and fit them for me to have to leave after being in store for 1 hour with no bike because I had to get my other child from Nursery appalling service
