If I could give zero I would. No-one was there for my booked appointment as the guy had left that day. I was not informed so not only did I waste my time. I wasted my money in fuel to get there. An absolute disgrace. I was told to rebook for tunbridge wells or sevenoaks but to do the service would be a 2 week wait. I await halfords response not holding my breath.

I went to the Tonbridge store to pick up a click and collect. The store was marked out well for social distancing and customers and staff were adhering to them. I was called to a separate till to stay a safe distance from other. The store colleague quickly found my item on the system and then got it for me in under 5 minutes.

I was left stranded this evening in the Mac Donald’s car park with a flat battery…thankfully across the road from Tonbridge Halfords. Louis & Tom came to my rescue, jump starting my car to enable me to drive to Halfords, testing the battery & then fitting a new one. Thanks to their quick & efficient service, I was quickly back on the road & my Mac Donald’s was still warm enough to eat. Very professional & impressive service. I will definitely be using Halfords again for any future car issues!
