I was very disappointed that I had to pay for a replacement side light bulb plus fitting charge for one I had fitted just over 3 months ago .I had the pair replaced at the time even though only one of them wasn't working. As I was advised to by the assistant at the time as they normally go fairly soon after each other. I have used Halfords for many years for replacement bulbs and fitting service, with no issues, I was told today bulbs will only be changed if they blow within 28 days. This is unacceptable as bulbs should last between 450 to 1000 hours .On average my car is used about 5 hours per week. The assistant was helpful, but his supervisor didn't even have the manners to explain the no guarantee policy. I was told not to use halfords bulbs in future as they have no guarantee. This was after they fitted the replacement bulb. If this is your level of service I will not use Halfords in future. I await your response. Thank you.

Never had an issue with this place before but dropped in to see if my tyre could be replaced they told me to come back the following morning I also had a text message to confirm appointment was made however it dulud not match the time given then when I turned up was told there is a 2 hour wait and no appointments! Will not bring my car here again!
