The service provided or should I say lack of service is appalling. Been passed from pillar to post. Send in store to find out they gave my order to somebody else. Promised a reorder will be with me in a few day and yet still waiting only to be told it would be another 7/10days. That’s one month after sever mis-information. This isn’t acceptable and is not the first time. Nothing seems to improve with halfords

Don’t use- took my bike in to get derailer replaced and waited an hour - come back and the guy hadn't done a thing to it and ‘guessed’ it was something else - very bizarre encounter and tried booking me in for something else the week after! Declined and taking to an actual place where people know what they're doing - waste of time
