Spent about 30 minutes in store picked out 2 stereos and none was in stock so i had to go with my 3rd choice as that was in stock Although I still did business with you and looking forward to having it installed into my car at a later date the 1 guy who dealt with me also had other customers to deal with too there seemed to be a few workers in there but only the 1 guy knew what he was doing so other workers was asking him for advice so I had to wait a little

Ordered energy gels as well as hydration tabs for an up and coming cycle trip abroad. On the store web page they said they had them in store and ready for collection. But later on I received a call from the store saying that one of the orders wasn’t on store stock and would take at least a week for delivery. I said that I was not happy as that would be too late as o would have gone but the manager called Josh came on the phone said he would personally drive to another store on his way home and would collect the missing item. Big thanks to Josh at the Sheldon branch Birmingham.
