Had 2 headlamp bulbs fitted 1 of the retaining clips had fallen off and the tech replaced both bulbs and fitted the clip back on for me at no extra charge. Great service thankyou.

Halfords website prices enticed me to visit store. However, I discovered that store price was higher than that advertised on website. When I queried this, I was told that website prices referred to online purchases only. This is not stated on website at all. When I raised a complaint with Customer Services, I was given a case ref. no. and advised that somebody would get back to me within 48 hours. No response received after a week so I chased up and was told that someone will definitely get back to me shortly. Still no response after 3 weeks, so I will be contacting Trading Standards regarding the misleading pricing.
