I did not get a call like promised when my new bike was ready to be collected. The staff did apologise when I visited the shop to see if it was ready. Apparently, it had been ready for almost a week. I then asked the assistant are you going to fit the bike to my size. She looked at the bike and told me it looked a really good fit and that was it. As soon as I left it was clear the seat was extremely low and the ride home was disappointing. I will take it to another bike shop for a basic bike fit.

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of choices for the car and the bike. The only issue is bikes are upstairs and accessed by a large staircase only. There is no lift, so therefore no access for disabled people with leg issues. Disabled parking is right outside, and the doors can accommodate wheelchairs.
