Went there to pick up a bike I bought online. They made me make a booking that was not changeable. Once in the store they were serving walk-ins and took over 35 minutes until I finally managed to chat with an attendant. Why do you make us make a booking and come at a certain time if you are not going to respect that? I had to leave the store empty handed after more than 45 mins at the store… disappointing.

I went to Halford in Mile End road to go and pick up my bike at 11.30 there was two guys who made me wait hour and a half just to get my bike they were talking about girls and what they will do to them I was disgusted with the service i would not recommend this Halfords to anyone and also I would recommend the manager to take action against the staff there.
