Local store was unable to fulfil online order on collection. Instructions and guarantee was missing and then unable to speak to store had an Indian call centre who wouldn't do anything over the weekend. All in all not a good experience.

Sorry, rated only 3* as I ordered online says ready collect within the hr bur they will text. Hadn't heard anything, so went an hour and a half after placing an order only to be told only one of the two items was in stock. I was asked if I had received a message to come to collect, I said no, only to be told well we would text when ready!! In other words it's not an hour and upon drilling into the situation I wasn't going to get the item today. I informed the staff member, that they could have easily texted or called to say we have an error on our stock don't waste your time by coming, do you want to cancel or an alternative, he eventually agreed. A younger assistant said we do have an alternative......yippee! Come on Halfords get it right!
