This is a shout out for Tom, their I.C.E specialist. I learnt more from this young man in 10 minutes than from any other source. With his advice I was able to put a CD player into my car and have it playing all for the cost of a cable for £5, whilst others were trying to sell me a player. Tom is a credit to Halfords. ( And a nice guy to boot)

Visited looking for a certain dashcam power lead connection adaptor. After looking around for quite a while, not one member of staff approached me, and as I decided to go to the checkout to ask to speak to a member of staff. But shame of shame they appeared to be more interested in there own private conversation. Will not recommend or use ever again. They could have had a dashcam sale and hard wire job. It appears they don't need the custom

I went in today to buy some headlights for my car and was stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes while Ciaran at the counter was chatting away for more than 20 minutes about an item. He didn’t seem happy at all and really unenthusiastic about the role which he’s most definitely not capable of. I would say by far that this must be the Worst Halfords I have been to in the country.
