I went in to get my Cannondale bike checked out for the first time. A staff member named Anthony emphasised to me the importance of keeping a bike clean and how it would affect performance. However he then later continued to tell me to 'clean your bike' in front of his colleagues in a rude way, glancing at them every moment to make sure they were looking. It's fair enough to tell someone to try and help them but to do it like that? That's low. Very poor & immature customer service. Asides from that he knew what he was doing, but that's not even important when you talk to people like that. Halfords is a good company, they just seem to have hit or miss employees who can be disrespectful.
