    Visited bikes and was helped by Matt who recognised me from a previous visit where he advised me in my bike purchase (a Vengeance which I love). I popped in to buy a bike lock, but also wanted some advice about the handlebars and saddle - Matt was great offered to do it for me but as bike was at home I asked if it was something I might be able to do and he explained the process and told me to pop back if o got stuck. Everyone is always helpful, the Teresa was also helpful with enquiries I had about a bike tow bar. Always very helpful - thank you!!!!
