The car park is now camera controlled, this never used to be the case. I got a ticket for over staying as i went into a few shops and had some food at the fast food over the road. Now i have a parking fine that Halfords cannot help with as it is apparently out of their hands.

WILD CAT DRIVES FAST
Went there for front wheel alignment. On the way back I have noticed that my steering wheel is not centered so I come back to them next day morning and told them where the issue is. They lifted my car and start performing wheel alignment again! After 80 minutes eventually I've been told there is a problem with calibration of their wheel alignment device so they can't do it ... I also had been told to visit different specialist and their transaction will be refunded. What a waste of time and money! Avoid this place at any cost! otherwise they can make your car worste than its original state! In my personal opinion they should offer emergency wheel alignment in the other branch instead of asking "ALRIGHT" ?

Ordered 2 Pirelli Cinturato P7 (245/40 R18 93Y) tyres to put on my Audi A4. My appointment was at 12.30pm I was instructed it would take 90 minutes for it to be done. I returned after the estimated time and was told everything has been completed. The staff were also able to answer a few questions on the optimal PSI for the tyres on the car and a range was given for the front and rear tyres. Good efficient service and I was also able to take advantage of the easter break sale saving around £30 on the set of tyres.

Went for a battery to go in the motorhome. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to find exactly what we needed. They were patient when I was trying to sort my vouchers out and not pushing for me to hurry. Good store, well done to the new member of staff who was helping ( sorry didn't get his name)
