Excellent customer service. We wandered in for some advice on child car seats. The lady assistant (Sammy) was so knowledgeable & spent time with us showing how to adjust & fit the car seat. She was also very welcoming to our 3yr old.

Been here quite a lot in the last 2 years and the vast majority of my visits have been OK'ish, when I didn't need any help, but: 1. Staff are SLOW on the tills, when there is staff. Seriously, stop asking EVERY customer for their email address, serve and move on. 2. Product knowledge seems to be minimal at best. When I tried to buy a Sat-Nav, it felt like I knew more about it than the staff, as their default answer was "sorry I don't know" so the manager then came to help. 3. 1 major screw up from a "We-fit" staff member (Kelvin) costing me lost income (2 driving lessons missed) whilst I had to waste an entire afternoon at their auto centre fixing what they broke, but was dealt with very well by store manager, who even spotted I had been overcharged considerably (I got a £99 refund) for 2 dash-cam installs. DEC 2019 UPDATE: So I went back to get a headlight bulb changed and after waiting for 30 minutes without any info, a member of staff came out and starts taking my car headlight apart. She keeps looking at her phone every few seconds and after watching her for 10 minutes trying to remove screws for the front grill and failing, I ask her "Are you waiting on an important call or email?" She says "No, I'm watching YouTube"!!! She was watching a tutorial of how to take my car headlight apart! Told her to put everything back together as I'm leaving and she should not be doing this if she doesn't know what she is doing. The look I got in return was not very pleasant. She seemed to care mor about her innappropriate finger nails and carpet eyelashes than doing her job correctly. 2* because the store is always spotless, clean and tidy and well lit and staff appearance is always great, and they are very friendly. Probably because they dont have many customers anymore.
