I bought and electric bike in the store and im having problems with the battery… after one month the issue still going on and looks like nobody care as the warrancy cover the battery and they have to replace for free

Bought a pannier bag in this store. After less than two weeks of light use the anchoring hook broke. The first thing the cashier said when I returned the faulty item is he can’t do anything. First time I heard this in any store! After insisting in returning it he offered exchange at which point I had to involve the manager to get a refund. Rubbish service.
