So happy with the experience I had at Halfords upstairs in the bike department, I kept getting punchers on my bike and Max told me I could get slime in my tyres to stop this from happening. He was super efficient friendly and lovely to chat too thank you Max!!!

Unplanned visit to this store with my bike to enquire about having a rack fitted at the rear, can’t recommend highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for the chap dealing with me, very helpful and friendly. He fitted the rack there and then, along with a bike stand. Thoroughly enjoyable experience! Thank you so much 😊

I've had mixed reviews about Halfords employees in the past but this one guy today was excellent. I was stranded and had to walk half an hour to drop off my bike which had a puncture. This awesome guy replaced the inner tube on my bike on the spot in less than 5 minutes! He was also very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I told him I don't have a bike pump as I'm travelling and he reassured that I can come down whenever I need to and they'll pump up the tyres for me. I definitely believe in the importance of good customer service, and this guy takes that to another level! 5 stars ++++
