Massively understaffed, I feel so bad for the 2 or 3 guys trying to help the 15 people who all want assistance. It’s impossible for them to fit car parts, repair bikes and service customers. Guys need a pay rise for their work

Seems to be more often than not critically understaffed meaning everything is slow. Old chap usually on check outs is a bit abrasive and remarkably slow on the tills. When there’s enough staff there it’s ok.
