From the point of ordering the item on line the responding communications via email were prompt, informative and precise including a clear map identifying the store location. On arrival it was easy to park and on entering the store and reporting to reception the service was superlative. The operative was personable, polite, impressively efficient and professional in promptly producing the item reserved for me devoid of any faffing or endless spurious questions [it has previously happened in another Halford store]. The collection process was refreshingly quick and stress free; a totally flawless pleasure.

booked my car in for 2 bulb changes. The process is easy and staff are great but i was told they could not fit the bulbs as too may parts have to be removed first . Its a shame that the Halfords web site does not identify cars that cannot be fixed by halfords to save wasting my time and money. Its not the fault of the staff but the web site seach process . Halfords should look into this issue as i took someone s repair slot!!
