went in to buy a few items, agree to give details for the £5 discount to join the club and the checkout guy scanned the expensive item twice instead of scanning the cheaper item as well, then tell you your receipt will be sent via email so I didn't realise till i got home I'd been over charged...con merchants.

Same as all other Halfords... useless. Took my bike in for new chain and cassette and was told they weren't taking repairs for 3 weeks because the technician was off. They only have 1 bike mechanic?? What percentage of the stores income comes from bicycle related things? Due to a previous bad experience I will never be using any Halfords ever again.
