Tried numerous times to get through via the phone however without success. After pressing the relevant numbers for the service I want, the line just goes dead. Tried the 'online chat' service which was a waste of time as it either said it did not recognise my request or the options it gave me were not the ones I needed. Gone are the days when you can just ring a business and actually speak to someone without this palaver.

I bought a bike for my son a week ago, paid for the bike to be built, within 24hours of having the bike both the reflectors had fallen off and then within a week the steering stem nut has come very loose, not what you expect when you buy a brand new bike! Won’t be returning to this store again!

I’m happy to change my bike electric scooter to paddle wheel but The product is well which I bought but they show me which bike is same but some items not on when they gives me these items on the cycle like light, water botel,and water bottle holder.when i go for collection I need to buy agin saprate I totally gos to silent mode by the way I’m happy to buy the bike thank you for asking
