    Wanted to buy a bike seat had specific questions about the mounting of it which the staff couldn’t answer it was a bobike exclusive tour that I wanted to mount on a pannier, unfortunately your staff couldn’t understand or answer so I googled it got the answers I needed and bought online. What is the point in halfords if you can’t help in store.

    Alright, removed my previous review as experience vastly improved in the second visit. Initially, I was given a broken bike on built and had no handover, assessment or anything of the sort. Terrible. Second time round, I was served by Peter, who was excellent. Showed me how to fold it, charge it, adjust it. Went through a proper inspection of it with me regarding the gears and what not. Extremely improved my opinion of Halfords again. Cheers for the new bike!
